Credits are used to buy geospatial data or run analytics.
100 credits are equivalent to €$1. The minimum purchase is 10,000 credits (€$100). If you purchase 1,000,000 or more credits at a time, we provide 5% bonus credits free of charge. All purchases are made in eurosUS dollars, and your bank will handle any currency conversion.
Credits expire 24 months after they have been allocated to your account. For example, credits received on January 1, 2025, can be used at the very latest on December 31, 2026. The system uses the “first-in, first-out” principle. That means that the credits with the earliest allocation date are always used first.
To purchase credits, contact the Sales team.
- Open the console.
- In the bottom-left corner, click your user icon → Account management.
- Go to Billing.
- Enter your tax details and click Update billing information. The tax ID format depends on the country of your organization’s registered address.

- In the bottom-left corner, click your user icon → Account management.
- Go to Billing.
- Add card information and click Add payment method.
- Open the console.
- In the bottom-left corner, click your user icon → Account management.
- Go to Credit purchases.
- Specify the number of credits to purchase and click Go to checkout.
- Review your purchase details and click Purchase credits.
When you request access to a collection or purchase credits for the first time, we perform an initial compliance check. We verify that your account is associated with a legitimately registered legal entity. For more information, see Platform Services Agreement.
The check usually takes 1 business day. Your email domain must match the organization’s official domain and the credit card must be company-issued, otherwise, verification is delayed.
If you haven’t received credits within 1 business day of purchase or have any questions regarding the compliance check, contact support. If the initial compliance check isn’t successful, the payment that triggered it will be reversed, and your card won’t be charged.
We provide an additional 5% of credits free of charge for purchases over 1,000,000 credits (€$10,000).

Users on the legacy Discovery plan can’t order commercial data or request access to it, as well as purchase credits or get free credits, get sample data, and process assets.
Upgrade to the free Professional plan as follows:
- Open the console.
- In the bottom-left corner, click your user icon → Account management.
- Click Upgrade to Professional.
- Provide information on your organization:

- Fill in the exact legal name of your organization, as well as its postal code and country of registration. Click Search.
- Select your organization from the list of matching results and click Submit.
- If you can’t find your organization, enter information about it manually. Fill in your organization’s name and address. Click Submit.
