System status

Monitor active incidents and status updates for UP42 platform services.

Overview

You can check the status of UP42 systems and subscribe to updates.

Subscribe to updates

  1. Open the status page.
  2. Click Subscribe to updates.
  3. Select a subscription method:
    • Email: Enter your email address, click Subscribe, and verify your address.
    • RSS: Select Atom or RSS and add the feed to your reader.
    • Slack: Copy and paste the link into a Slack channel.

Check system status

Open the status page and check if an incident or scheduled maintenance is affecting a service you’re using.

All systems are operating normally.

Maintenance sign inline-icon-large

Scheduled maintenance is currently affecting a service.

Red affected sign inline-icon-large

An incident is currently affecting a service.

Check incident history

  1. Open the status page.
  2. Click Incident History.
  3. Review resolved incidents and completed maintenance.

The status page displays history for the last 60 days.

Unsubscribe from updates

If you don’t want to receive notifications, you can unsubscribe as follows:

  • Email: Open any update email and click Unsubscribe in the footer.
  • RSS: Delete the feed from your reader.
  • Slack: First send /feed list to find the feed ID, then send /feed remove <feed-id>.
