UP42 offers two account plans: Discovery and Professional. Both account plans are designed to be flexible: start for free and only pay for what you order. The only distinction is the extent of company information you provide to us for compliance reasons.
You don’t need to give information on your organization in the Discovery plan.
The plan is intended to provide limited access to the UP42 platform. No free credits are allocated. You also won’t be able to buy new credits or request access to restricted collections. The only type of data you can order in the Discovery plan is free catalog data from Sentinel-2 and Landsat 8.
Upgrade from Discovery to Professional to get up to 10,000 free credits.
You’ll need to provide information on your organization to be able to choose or upgrade to the Professional plan.
This plan is intended to provide full access to the UP42 platform. You’ll be able to buy new credits, submit access requests, and request free credits. To get 10,000 free credits, contact the Sales team.
Use the free 10,000 credits that you requested to order catalog data. For example, it will be enough to buy one of the following:
- Pléiades catalog data of an area of up to 10 km2 with a spatial resolution of 50 cm
- SPOT catalog data of an area of up to 25 km2 with a spatial resolution of 1.50 m
To buy new credits, you need to provide your tax information.
