- Open the console.
- In the upper right corner, click your workspace name → Account settings.
- In the Account details tab, click to copy your account ID.
You can change your name, phone, industry, and job title as follows:
- Open the console.
- In the upper right corner, click your workspace name → User settings.
- Go to the Personal details tab.
- Update your information. You can also subscribe to our email newsletter or unsubscribe from it.
- Click Update personal details.
- Open the console.
- In the upper right corner, click your workspace name → User settings.
- Go to the Email tab.
- Enter a new email address, as well as your password, and click Send verification code.
- Enter the verification code that has been sent to the new email address and click Continue.
When you change your email address, all admins of your UP42 account are notified.
- Open the console.
- In the upper right corner, click your workspace name → User settings.
- Go to the Password tab.
- Enter your current password and a new password.
- Click Update password.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it as follows:
- Go to the Reset password page.
- Fill in your email address and click Send reset email.
- In the email, click Reset password.
- Create and confirm a new password. Click Save new password.
- Open the console.
- In the upper right corner, click your workspace name → Account settings.
- Go to the Billing info tab.
- Update your address and click Update billing information.
- Open the console.
- In the upper right corner, click your workspace name → Account settings.
- Go to Billing info.
- Enter your tax details and click Update billing information. The type of tax information needed depends on where your organization’s address is registered:
- EU: VAT number
- US: TIN or business registration number
- Australia: ABN
- India: CIN
- Other countries: tax ID number or tax certificate
- Open the console.
- In the upper right corner, click your workspace name → Account settings.
- Go to the Credit card tab.
- Add card information and click Add payment method.
When you delete an account, you’ll lose all storage assets, job results, and unused credits. Any pending orders won’t be delivered.
Admins can delete an account as follows:
- Remove all other members and admins until you are the only user of the account.
- Open the console.
- In the upper right corner, click your workspace name → Account settings.
- Go to the Account details tab.
- Click Delete account and confirm you want to delete your account.
I haven’t received my verification code

Check the spam folder of your current email address. If an email with the verification code isn’t in the spam folder, click Resend verification code to get a new code.

Make sure the new email you’ve provided is correct. If there is a typing error, click Change email to restart the process.

Contact your IT department. Sometimes emails may get rejected because of spam filters. Ask your IT department to whitelist the up42.com domain to allow emails to come through.
