Change your account information.

Change personal information

You can change your name, email, phone, industry, and job title as follows:

  1. Click the upper right corner → Contact.
  2. Update your information.
  3. Click Update Account.

Change your password

You can change your password as follows:

  1. Click the upper right corner → Password.
  2. Fill in your current password and a new password. Confirm your new password.
  3. Click Update Password.

Reset your password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it as follows:

  1. Go to the Reset Password page.
  2. Fill in your email and click Send reset email.
  3. Copy a 6-digit reset code that was sent to your email.
  4. Paste the code in the Password Reset Code field.
  5. Create and confirm a new password. Click Save new password.

Accept end-user license agreements

End-user license agreements (EULAs) are legal contracts between a data provider and the product user. It specifies in detail the rights and restrictions which apply to the product.

  1. Click the upper right corner → EULA.
  2. Go to the Awaiting Acceptance tab.
  3. To read the document, click Menu iconView User License Agreement.
  4. To accept it, click Accept EULA.

All accepted EULAs are stored in the Your EULAs tab.

Delete your account

When you delete an account, you also delete all credit management information, job outputs, and assets associated with this account.

To delete your account, contact support with the subject line Account deletion request.
