In order to get started with the platform, you first need to sign up on the console. A confirmation code will be sent to your email address.
- If you signed up as a personal account, a new window with the message Unlock access to commercial data appears. If you want to get access to commercial data, click Access Commercial Data and fill out the questionnaire (see questions in the table below). Submit the questionnaire to our customer support team, who will evaluate the questionnaire and contact you in up to 5 working days.

- If you signed up as a business account, your access to commercial data has been granted by default.
Currently, you cannot change the account type from your account settings. If you would like to request an account type change, please contact support.
If you haven't received or you cannot find your confirmation code:
Click on Resend code. The confirmation code will be sent to your email inbox.
If you forgot to validate your account and you are no longer in the confirmation code window, go to the Sign in page, sign in with the email address and password. The confirmation code window will reappear. Click on Resend code. The confirmation code will be received in your email inbox.
If you still cannot find the confirmation code, please contact support.
If the confirmation code cannot be found in the email inbox, please check the spam folder.
