Manage catalog orders

Monitor catalog order status and utilize assets through the console.


Overview

The console allows you to monitor an catalog order, download assets, and process them.

You can also manage an order using the API.

Monitor an order

Go to Storage icon StorageOrders to check the status of an order.

In ProgressThe assets are being delivered.
CompletedThe assets are ready and you can download them.
FailedSomething went wrong. Copy the ID of the failed order and contact support. The credits will be returned to your balance.

Download an asset

  1. Go to Storage icon StorageData.
  2. To find assets ordered by other team members, click My Account. Otherwise, stay in My Workspace.
  3. Click Download in the line of a chosen asset to get it as a ZIP archive.

See asset information

To find information about an asset like its workspace ID, order ID, or project ID, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Storage icon StorageData.
  2. To find assets ordered by other team members, click My Account. Otherwise, stay in My Workspace.
  3. To see more about a specific asset, click Menu iconImage Information.

Find an asset ID

  1. Go to Storage icon StorageData.
  2. To find assets ordered by other team members, click My Account. Otherwise, stay in My Workspace.
  3. Click Copy icon by the name of the chosen asset.

Troubleshooting

Is there a way to get notified when my order is ready?

Use webhooks to get notifications when a new order has been completed.
