Overview
The console allows you to monitor an catalog order, download assets, and process them.
You can also manage an order using the API.
Monitor an order
Go to Storage → Orders to check the status of an order.
In Progress | The assets are being delivered. |
Completed | The assets are ready and you can download them. |
Failed | Something went wrong. Copy the ID of the failed order and contact support. The credits will be returned to your balance. |
Download an asset
- Go to
Storage → Data.
- To find assets ordered by other team members, click My Account. Otherwise, stay in My Workspace.
- Click Download in the line of a chosen asset to get it as a ZIP archive.
See asset information
To find information about an asset like its workspace ID, order ID, or project ID, follow these steps:
- Go to
Storage → Data.
- To find assets ordered by other team members, click My Account. Otherwise, stay in My Workspace.
- To see more about a specific asset, click
→ Image Information.
Find an asset ID
- Go to
Storage → Data.
- To find assets ordered by other team members, click My Account. Otherwise, stay in My Workspace.
- Click
by the name of the chosen asset.

Troubleshooting
Is there a way to get notified when my order is ready?
Use webhooks to get notifications when a new order has been completed.
